Insadong

A view of a street in Insadong.

Insadong's market is lined with trees. There are many beautiful trees in Seoul.

The road and sidewalks in Insadong are different than all the others in Seoul.

Most streets in Seoul are narrow.

A view of an alley way.

Insadong is a great place to visit galleries and buy art supplies.

Insadong is a place I visited many times. It is perfect for buying cultural gifts.

This man was making noodles by hand.

We watched him for a good five minutes ^^;

Astro adorns a store sign.

The Koreans love Starbucks. I was told this is the only Starbucks in Seoul that has a Korean sign. Apparently, the city MADE them put the sign in Hangul because Insadong is considered a historical/cultural district.
